Four listings, written so you know what the week involves before you send anything. Training is online and the roster is nominated by you.

Each of these came from an employer hiring for home-based work. Read the shape of the week, then tell us which one you want.

Applicant feedback
“I sent the form on a Tuesday and had the brief by Wednesday afternoon.”
Kirsty · Mount Gambier“The training was one session and I still had the notes open the following week.”
Josh · Millicent“Nobody asked me to pay for anything, which is more than I can say for the last listing I answered.”
Megan · NaracoorteYour first week
Your contact, hours available, and the listing you want.
Full brief in writing, with room to ask questions.
One session on the tools, notes provided afterwards.
You nominate blocks and the employer signs them off.
Common asks
No. All four listings were written for people starting from scratch, and the employer runs online training before your first block. Reliability during the hours you nominated matters far more than a CV.
Yes. You write down the blocks you can genuinely cover and the employer confirms them. Changing them later is a message to the same HR contact, not a formal request.
A laptop or desktop, a connection that stays up, and a quiet corner. A headset is only relevant where calls are involved and none of these four listings involve calls.
Not for these four. The employers hire across South Australia and interstate, and everything happens in a browser, so Mount Gambier is as good a base as anywhere.
The employer named in the brief, on their own payroll schedule. TalentMarlow makes the introduction and steps back, and we are never part of the payment.
Who lists these
TalentMarlow takes home-based briefs from employers, checks the company exists and the work is real, writes the brief up plainly, and introduces applicants. The employer decides the hours, the rate and the payroll cycle, and pays you directly. We are not the employer and applicants are never charged for anything at any point in this process.

Apply
A short form, then a WhatsApp message to our HR team. Nobody here will ever ask you for a payment, a password or a bank account number.
A form on its own sits in a queue. The WhatsApp message is where HR reads your details and replies to you.
