talentmarlow.com is operated by TalentMarlow, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia (careers@talentmarlow.com). By using the site, tapping its buttons or contacting us, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
“We” and “us” mean TalentMarlow. “You” means anyone visiting the site or getting in touch about a listing. “Employer” means the business whose handwork is listed. “Batch” means a set of materials to be prepared at home and returned as finished packs.
The listings are for adults who live in Malaysia and can receive materials at home and hand back finished packs. By getting in touch you confirm that the details you give us are your own and are correct.
Materials delivered for a batch remain the property of the employer. Keep them clean and dry, use them only for that batch, and return anything unused if the employer asks. Questions about damaged or missing items should go to the employer, and we can help pass them on.
If you break these terms on purpose, for example by using the site to mislead applicants or employers, you agree to cover the reasonable costs we face as a direct result, to the extent the law allows.
We may transfer our rights under these terms to a business that takes over the site. If we do not enforce a term straight away, we can still enforce it later.
We list part-time handmade work, answer questions about it and introduce interested applicants to the employer. We are not the employer. Using the site or chatting with our recruiter does not create an employment relationship between you and TalentMarlow.
Listings describe the kind of handwork involved, such as folding, bagging, labelling or fixing items onto display cards. Which batches are available at any moment depends on the employer, and a listing may close without notice.
Tap Apply or a WhatsApp button, then send the message that opens. Your application is only complete once that message has been sent. If you cannot use WhatsApp, email careers@talentmarlow.com instead and we will reply there.
Applicants are not asked to pay TalentMarlow at any stage. We will not ask you to buy materials, tools, a starter kit, credits or a membership, to top up any account, or to pay to unlock work or release money owed to you. A request like that does not come from us; report it to careers@talentmarlow.com.
Rates, quantities, drop-off and collection are set by the employer. Before you prepare a batch, ask the employer to confirm in writing their legal business name, what the batch involves, the rate, the expected quantity and when and how they settle. We do not set or guarantee any of these.
We try to keep every listing correct and up to date. If our adverts and this site ever say different things, tell us and we will correct whichever one is wrong.
How we handle personal data is set out in our privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.
You agree not to send false details, pretend to be someone else, interfere with the site or its security, copy it in bulk, or use it to contact applicants for your own purposes.
The text, layout and design of this site belong to TalentMarlow or are used with permission. You may view the pages and keep a copy for your own reference. You may not republish, mirror or resell them.
The site links to WhatsApp and relies on outside providers such as Cloudflare and Google. Those services have their own terms, and we are not responsible for how they work or for content on sites we do not run.
We aim to keep the site available, but it may be paused for maintenance or be unreachable for reasons outside our control. We can change or remove any part of it at any time.
Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under Malaysian law, including the Consumer Protection Act 1999, that cannot be excluded by agreement.
The site is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, for decisions made by an employer, or for losses caused by events outside our reasonable control. Where the law does not allow a limit, this section does not apply.
Pages may occasionally contain errors or out-of-date information. When we find one, we fix it. An error on the site is not an offer we are bound by.
You are responsible for the accuracy of what you send us and for keeping employer materials safe and dry while they are with you.
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by things we cannot reasonably control, such as network outages, service provider failures or natural events.
If a court finds any part of these terms unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
These terms, together with the privacy policy, are the whole agreement between you and us about use of this site. Arrangements for a batch are made separately between you and the employer.
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and disputes are for the courts of Kuala Lumpur, unless the law requires otherwise. The Contracts Act 1950 applies where relevant.

We may update these terms from time to time; the date at the top shows the latest version. Questions about them are welcome at careers@talentmarlow.com.
