TalentMarlow lists part-time handmade work that is prepared at home in Malaysia and introduces interested applicants to the employer behind each listing. We are a listing and introduction service, not the employer.
Our fees come from employers. Applicants do not pay TalentMarlow anything, and we do not sell materials, kits or tools to applicants.
We are not an auditor or a regulator. We do not inspect an employer's premises, review their finances or supervise how each batch is handled, which is why the written confirmation described in our terms matters.
We do not promise that you will be offered work, how many batches you will receive, how much you will make, or how quickly any money will reach you. Those depend on the employer and are confirmed by them in writing.
Before you prepare any batch, the employer should tell you, in writing, who they are, what the finished packs should look like, how many are expected, the rate, and when materials will be dropped off and collected. If any of that is missing or keeps changing, pause and ask us to follow up with the employer before you continue.
Batches are ordinary products such as socks, stationery, small charms and packaging. They should never involve chemicals, food preparation, heavy machinery or anything that needs a licence. If a batch does not match what you were told, stop and message us.
The handwork shown in the photos and clips on this site reflects the kinds of batches employers list with us. The exact items in a batch vary from one employer to another, and the recruiter confirms them with you before you agree.
Listings are published at the request of the employer running the handwork, and they are taken down when that employer no longer needs people.
Nobody acting for TalentMarlow will ask you to pay a fee, buy materials, or share a password, one-time code or banking log-in. Treat any such request as suspicious and report it to careers@talentmarlow.com.
Details you send on WhatsApp or by email stay with our recruiter until you choose to go ahead with a listing. They are then shared with that one employer, and we tell you who the employer is first. The full picture is in our privacy policy.
Our adverts and this site should describe the same work in the same way. If you notice a difference, tell us and we will fix the part that is wrong.
Email careers@talentmarlow.com with what happened and, if you can, screenshots. A person reviews every concern and replies in writing. If you are not satisfied with the answer, write back and we will review it again.
